My husband and I have been seeing Kate since the start of her practice and have had excellent care each and every visit. She not only listens intently to us, but gives immediate feedback most times, and if there is something she wants to research, she will call back in a very timely manner. Then she remembers to follow up at the next visit, or even give a call before then, if she thinks it's important. She is very approachable and relatable, and has solved several health issues for us, which I think would have been missed or ignored by our previous PCP. She makes us feel like our health and well-being are really important to her. Such a wonderful change from all of my previous doctors. All PCP's should be like her! Also, Priscilla is really pleasant and dependable, and follows up on every phone call and email within a day, and together they make for a great office experience. I almost look forward to my check ups now that I get to see Kate. You walk in and it is immediately a different experience. Beautifully decorated, never an over filled waiting area. They offer you drinks/snacks. You have the option to make requests/appointments by texting the wonderful Pricilla. Texts, yay!!! Kate takes her time with you and makes you feel heard. KAMcare, Kate Hyde and front office, Priscilla are a much-welcomed change from past visits with other providers! I had become resigned to showing up for an appointment and being made to wait 20-40 minutes past my appointment time to be called back. Never at this office. This office has a very personable demeanor while being able to maintain the professionalism you want in personal healthcare. Kate is extremely knowledgeable and kind and really takes time to listen to me. Many times, through her listening and questioning, a root issue is identified. Often times the trouble that is identified is something I was unaware of or I just dismissed. This results in less doctor’s office visits as Kate will address this problem as well as any possible associated issues. Whenever I need to text the office, I ALWAYS receive a response (text) addressing my issue in a timely manner. It is a very reliable office. The office has a friendly atmosphere as Priscilla is the first to greet you. Her welcoming manner and pleasant disposition put me at ease immediately when I have an appointment. I have referred many friends to this office and my friends always let me know how much they appreciate that I did!

Yesterday was my very first visit and it was FANTASTIC from start to finish. The office is adorable, the front office was very welcoming and Kate was incredible. I felt so comfortable. My waiting time in office waiting room was less than 5 minutes. This is extremely rare for Drs office visits. The appointment I had was thorough and yet concise as to not take up so much time that I needed to take off work. I find the providers extremely knowledgeable and personable.
