I had become resigned to showing up for an appointment and being made to wait 20-40 minutes past my appointment time to be called back. Never at this office. Kate is extremely knowledgeable and kind and really takes time to listen to me. Many times, through her listening and questioning, a root issue is identified. Often times the trouble that is identified is something I was unaware of or I just dismissed. This results in less doctor’s office visits as Kate will address this problem as well as any possible associated issues. Whenever I need to text the office, I ALWAYS receive a response (text) addressing my issue in a timely manner. It is a very reliable office. The office has a friendly atmosphere as Priscilla is the first to greet you. Her welcoming manner and pleasant disposition put me at ease immediately when I have an appointment. I have referred many friends to this office and my friends always let me know how much they appreciate that I did!

Kate always spends as much time as necessary to explore not only the initial reason for the visit, but to update and revisit medical history and consider related occurences. She does not rush or spend time typing in her computer rather than listening. Her questions are insightful and often lead to answering health questions I have had. The best practice I've ever been to really. I didn't know this level of personal care was possible. Anything I need their office takes care of it instantly. It feels amazing to have medical professionals actually invested in your health rather than invested in how quickly they can get people through the door. Even the decor in the office is thoughtful, it feels like you're at a high end spa talking with some of the highest end knowledge in the business. Can't recommend this place enough.

Kate & Mandy made my son (11 months) and me feel so comfortable during our office visit. The level of attention and care is everything I would expect and more. They were able to immediately diagnose the issue and prescribe medication that has helped tremendously, something other medical offices have not been able to do up to this point. July 2, 2022 I have struggled with my hormones for a few years and had not found someone that would listen to my concerns and help me figure out what was happening to me.
