My husband and I have been seeing Kate since the start of her practice and have had excellent care each and every visit. She not only listens intently to us, but gives immediate feedback most times, and if there is something she wants to research, she will call back in a very timely manner. I had become resigned to showing up for an appointment and being made to wait 20-40 minutes past my appointment time to be called back. Never at this office. This office has a very personable demeanor while being able to maintain the professionalism you want in personal healthcare. Kate is extremely knowledgeable and kind and really takes time to listen to me. Many times, through her listening and questioning, a root issue is identified. Often times the trouble that is identified is something I was unaware of or I just dismissed. This results in less doctor’s office visits as Kate will address this problem as well as any possible associated issues. Whenever I need to text the office, I ALWAYS receive a response (text) addressing my issue in a timely manner. It is a very reliable office. The office has a friendly atmosphere as Priscilla is the first to greet you. Her welcoming manner and pleasant disposition put me at ease immediately when I have an appointment. I have referred many friends to this office and my friends always let me know how much they appreciate that I did!

The best practice I've ever been to really. I didn't know this level of personal care was possible. Anything I need their office takes care of it instantly. Another 5 Star Visit with a 5 Star crew. I will admit this was for some mental things and Kate and Mandy, per their usual awesome selves, talked with me, listened, and we came up with a plan. This is the BEST Medical Practice in North Texas for certain, if not the state.

July 2, 2022 I have struggled with my hormones for a few years and had not found someone that would listen to my concerns and help me figure out what was happening to me.
